Structured, performance driven training designed to prepare you for the demands of HYROX racing. Expect a blend of running, functional strength, engine work, and race specific movements. Sessions are coached, progressive, and scalable whether you are training for your first event or chasing a faster time.
LIFT
Focusing on building functional strength, muscle balance, and power. Guided by coaches, our sessions combine compound lifts, accessory work and progressive programming to help you move stronger, lift smarter, and perform better - complimenting HYROX, sport, or daily life.
WOD
CrossFit style functional training that blends strength, endurance, and skill based movements into one high energy session. each workout combines lifts, metabolic conditioning, and gymnastic movements. Scalable for all levels, these sessions build functional strength, mobility, and endurance.
MAT PILATES
Not your average "stretch and breath" session. This is where control meets strength - a full body workout designed to build stability, mobility, and power through intentional movement. Every exercise is designed to challenge your core, improve your posture, and enhance your body awareness, helping you move more efficiently both in the gym and in every day life.
